Catract program FIMA

The Cataract Surgery Program is an initiative dedicated to helping people affected by cataracts regain their vision and live with greater independence, dignity, and confidence. Cataracts occur when the natural lens of the eye becomes cloudy, causing blurred or reduced vision. If left untreated, cataracts can significantly affect a person's ability to read, work, travel, care for themselves, and participate in everyday activities. Cataract surgery is an effective treatment that can restore vision and greatly improve quality of life.
